Question: How is my order shipped?
Answer: Via UPS Ground. Faster shipping is available at an additional charge.
3 Day, 2nd Day and Next Day UPS Air are available at the following additional
charges:
3 Day Air - $20
2nd Day Air - $30
Next Day Air - $50
We do not charge for UPS Ground service to the contiguous 48 states. There is no free shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. We will email the cost of shipping to AK and HI before processing the order and you need to reply with your approval for order processing.
We only charge a $4.95 handling Charge on All Orders.
These are "in transit" days via UPS. Holidays, weather, etc. can
affect delivery times. Please order early for on-time delivery during the holiday
season. Orders placed after December 8, usually require upgraded shipping for
Christmas delivery.
Question: How long will it take to receive my order?
Answer: We ship brand new, first quality merchandise many orders are delivered
within a few days. It depends on
the items ordered and the state they are delivering to, but sometimes, can take
10-15 business days, especially if you are having
your ornaments engraved
